DesignBuildBLUFF is a graduate architecture program at the University of Utah focused on immersing students in hands-on cross-cultural experiences. DesignBuild Bluff works in partnership with the Navajo community of San Juan County.
On Saturday, May 2nd at 12:30 p.m. at the Bluff Community Center, Erika Longino will present her research findings on a sustainable master plan for the Bluff campus. She has compiled interviews with many community members, and will present her findings as part of an open dialogue.
Also on Saturday evening, May 2nd, a graduation dinner will be held at the DesignBuildBLUFF campus beginning at 6:30 p.m. Students will also share the process for completing the project and give thanks to project contributors. The DesignBuildBLUFF Campus is located at 240 North 700 East in Bluff.
On Sunday, May 3rd at 10 a.m., an Open House will be held at the project site. A caravan will depart the DesignBuildBLUFF campus at 9 a.m. and travel to the project site. You may also travel to the site directly.
Events are open to the general public.
